How to Fill UPPSC Application Form
How to Fill

- Complete OTR Registration: Visit otr.pariksha.nic.in, Click “Register/Login” Fill personal details, Verify mobile number/email, Generate OTR number.
- Fill Online Application Form: Go to UPPSC official website, Open Advertisement No. D-5/E-1/2025, Click on “Apply”, Enter OTR number, Start form filling.
- Upload Documents: Upload recent passport-size photo, signature, certificates, and all required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay Application Fee: Pay fee through NET Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card before the last date, Take print of payment receipt.
- Submit Final Form & Hard Copy: After final submission, download the form, Print and send hard copy along with documents to UPPSC office before 05 January 2026 (5 PM).

Important Instructions
|
- OTR (One Time Registration) is mandatory before applying online. Candidates must complete OTR at otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before submitting the application form.
- Candidates must upload correct and valid documents, including educational certificates, photograph and signature as per UPPSC guidelines.
- The category, sub-category, gender, domicile, disability, and reservation details cannot be changed after submitting the application.
- Any error in personal details, eligibility, or unsupported documents may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must use separate envelopes and submit hard copies correctly to the UPPSC office before the due date.
