- Register using your email ID and mobile number, then log in to fill out the application form.
- Enter personal details, qualification details, and select your preferred IOCL location/state.
- Upload required documents: photo, signature, ID proof, and education certificates.
- Submit the form and take a printout of the final submitted application for future use.
