- Visit the official website of RRC Eastern Railway at rrcer.org.
- Open the Notice Board / Act Apprentice 2025-26 section.
- Click on “DV e-Call Letter for Act Apprentices 2025-26” link.
- Enter required login details (Registration Number / DOB).
- Download and print the Document Verification Call Letter.
Important Instructions
- Document Verification (DV) will be conducted from 16/02/2026 to 10/03/2026, excluding specified dates.
- DV venue is Jamalpur Workshop, E6 Section, Personnel Branch, Eastern Railway, Munger, Bihar – 811214.
- Candidates must report only on the date and session mentioned in their DV e-Call Letter.
- Original documents along with self-attested photocopies must be produced during DV.
- Failure to attend DV or follow instructions may result in cancellation of candidature without appeal.
