  • Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
  • Register with valid details and verify your email/mobile number.
  • Fill in academic and ITI qualification details correctly.
  • Upload mark sheets, certificates, and passport-size photo.
  • Submit the form before 28/10/2025 and keep the confirmation print.

Important Instructions
  • Applications must be complete with all supportive documents uploaded.
  • Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected.
  • Selection will depend on percentage of marks in qualifying exams.
  • Candidates will be released after completion of 12 months training.
  • Apprentices will not be entitled to regular employment in IRCTC.
